Time Frame: Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in original packaging.

Once your exchange is approved, our representative will generate a new order. Our rider will then collect the original product and deliver the replacement at the same time. Please ensure the product is properly packed to maintain its quality.

Delivery Time for Exchange Orders: 4–5 working days (once shipped)
🚚 Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for a Rs. 350 exchange shipping fee

If the item was defective or incorrect, there will be no extra charge
🔄 Exchange Limitations

Maximum of 2 exchanges per order (excluding sale orders)

Sale items: Only 1 exchange allowed, and must be exchanged for another sale item

No refund for price differences in sale exchanges
Refund Policy
Refunds are offered in limited cases and must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Exclusions
We do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

Items are damaged, used, worn, or washed

Items were purchased on sale (non-refundable)

Items are underwear, swimwear, bottles, socks, etc. (due to hygiene)

Customer changed their mind or didn’t review product details before ordering

Products appear different in color due to display settings or lighting (this is not a valid return reason)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
