Return & Exchange Policy

At Selecta Now, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or article, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

  • Time Frame: Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Items:

    • Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    • Items must be returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

🔁 Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service:

Once your exchange is approved, our representative will generate a new order. Our rider will then collect the original product and deliver the replacement at the same time. Please ensure the product is properly packed to maintain its quality.

  • Delivery Time for Exchange Orders: 4–5 working days (once shipped)

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for a Rs. 350 exchange shipping fee

  • If the item was defective or incorrect, there will be no extra charge

🔄 Exchange Limitations

  • Maximum of 2 exchanges per order (excluding sale orders)

  • Sale items: Only 1 exchange allowed, and must be exchanged for another sale item

  • No refund for price differences in sale exchanges


Refund Policy

Refunds are offered in limited cases and must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your return, our team will verify its condition before approving a refund.

💸 Refund Process

  • You will be contacted to provide bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash details.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after verification.

⚠️ Exclusions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • Items are damaged, used, worn, or washed

  • Items were purchased on sale (non-refundable)

  • Items are underwear, swimwear, bottles, socks, etc. (due to hygiene)

  • Customer changed their mind or didn’t review product details before ordering

  • Products appear different in color due to display settings or lighting (this is not a valid return reason)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
